There is new release of the popular blog application WordPress. With a lot of other blog programs out there now WordPress is trying to step up their game, I find in the new version. I believe that they have been listening to the users and have started to put in social media integration into their posts. Well I say social media but at this release it is really just twitter. With that being said you can now copy the URL of a tweet that you want to talk about into post ( I am still trying to figure that out). In their demo it looks interesting, but for the users that are not very web savvy is it easy to do? At this moment I say not. The other feature that we have noticed so far is the inline theme editing. Which means that if you use the default theme you can custom the colour and change some features around.

Of course they say that they made it faster on the back end which is good but thats what upgrading is about.  Once we figure out how to get the URL of a tweet we will  show you guys. With the new security updates we do recommend this update.

I find this interesting as Google is starting to alienate themselves from other mobile devices and social networks. After last year when they pulled out support for Facebook using their gmail, Google is now pulling away support on other phones like the Blackberry and most likely the iPhone.
